This machine is suitable for spraying the linear products, such as door jambs, plantation shutters, mouldings, photo frames, etc.

Features:

  1. Equipped with Omron photoelectric detection system, which can accurately detect the workpieces when they come into the spray booth and precisely control the time when the spray guns begin to work.

  2. Large touch screen, easy to operate.

  3. Taiwan SHIHLIN converter

  4. 6 sets of Japan Iwata spray guns, spraying angles and the spraying paint amount can be adjusted according to different workpieces. Reduce unnecessary paint waste. Each gun is individually controlled.

  5. Equipped with paint recovery system. All paint can be collected and reused, save cost.

  6. Comes with two paint pressure pots. One paint pressure pot connects with 3 spray guns when working.

  7. Greatly improve production efficiency and spray quality. Save labor cost.

  8. It can be used separately or connect with the paint drier to accelerate the paint film drying rate.

  9. Equipped with closed spraying booth, with high spraying quality, friendly environmental.
