The Managing Director of Industrial Clearance had been running an industrial distribution business for over 16 years and one problem he faced each year was trying to clear his overstocks and superseded models without upsetting his reseller network which unfortunately is not as simple as reducing the price which can lead to conflict.

The idea was to start an online business under a different entity that would limit any sales channel conflict within his network; however the more and more we spoke about it and discussed the issue with other businesses it was becoming obvious that this was a common problem within the industry.
