AIR SCRUBBER PURIFIER 0.18kW – ASP-500-MF3

The ASP-500-M3 MasterFilter by Fanmaster is a high-quality Industrial Air Scrubber Purifier designed to remove particles from the air and surrounding surfaces and odours. The ASP-500-M3 works by drawing the contaminated air into the air inlet, which passes through a 3-stage filtration process that removes 99.97% of airborne particles and is then sterilised with UV-C light. The clean, filtered air is then expelled back out via the air outlet. It removes dust particles and other airborne contaminants that carry mould spores, germs, and viruses from the air and surrounding surfaces.
The ASP-500-M3 is fitted with a filter replacement indicator, which will light up when the HEPA filter needs to be replaced. The ASP-500-M3 can be positioned vertically or horizontally and can be multi-stacked (horizontally) in storage. Ducting (200mm) can be attached.

Three (3) stage filtration & UV-C Light process:
1st Stage: Pre-filter G4 Pleated Disposable Cardboard Filter: captures initial dust and allergen particles.
2nd Stage: G4 Activated Carbon Filter: – multi-pore activated carbon filter absorbs and removes Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), odours, formaldehyde, and other gaseous pollutants.
3rd Stage: H13 HEPA Filter: captures even smaller particles, up to 0.3 microns. It helps control and prevent the growth of bacteria and mould. Capturing 99.97% of dust and allergen particles.
UV-C Light: UV-C light sterilises the filtered air. UV-C technology works by deactivating the DNA of microorganisms like bacteria and viruses, disrupting their ability to multiply and spread.
