ResqMe 12-Month Warranty

ResqMe products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• If your product is found to be faulty within 12 months, replace, or provide a full refund depending on the circumstances.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors like accidents or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Products that have been modified or tampered with.

How to Claim:

1. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 12 months of purchase at [email protected]
2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
3. After assessment, we will either replace or offer a refund.

ResqMe Return Policy (14-Day Change of Mind or Faulty Products)
If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns (14 days)

• You can return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or provide an exchange (depending on your preference and availability).

Faulty or Damaged Products

• If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or fault.
• Faulty items can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund as per Australian Consumer Law, within 12 months of purchase.
• We will cover the return shipping cost if the item is faulty.

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide details of the reason for the return and any supporting information (such as photos for faulty items).
3. We will guide you through the return process, and in most cases, provide a pre-paid return shipping label (for faulty items).
4. Return the product to us using the provided label (if applicable). Please note that the product should be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition for change of mind returns.
5. Once the product is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please Note:
Products that are not in original condition, or that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
