If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns (14 days)

• You can return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or provide an exchange (depending on your preference and availability).

Faulty or Damaged Products

• If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or fault.
• Faulty items can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund as per Australian Consumer Law, within 12 months of purchase.
• We will cover the return shipping cost if the item is faulty.

How to Make a Return:

2. Provide details of the reason for the return and any supporting information (such as photos for faulty items).
3. We will guide you through the return process, and in most cases, provide a pre-paid return shipping label (for faulty items).
4. Return the product to us using the provided label (if applicable). Please note that the product should be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition for change of mind returns.
5. Once the product is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
